Service Description

This course combines engaging read-alouds with movement-based and project-based activities to help young learners build strong early literacy skills. Children don’t just sit and listen, they move, act, create, and interact with stories and language in meaningful ways. Each session features captivating read-alouds that will encourage imagination, model rich vocabulary, expressive language, and guide students through early comprehension strategies. Students will then help bring these stories to life through hands-on activities to deepen their understanding and make their learning joyful and memorable. Through playful exploration, children practice essential skills including letter recognition, phonemic awareness, storytelling, and early writing. The course nurtures confidence and communication while supporting each child’s unique learning style in a supportive, engaging environment where literacy truly comes alive.This course blends total physical response with hands-on projects, math manipulatives and science demonstrations to help young learners build strong early STEM foundations. Children learn by doing and exploring concepts through games, experiments, and activities that get their not only their minds, but bodies moving too. Students will also engage in playful investigations and guided discovery, they will develop essential skills in counting, measuring, observing, and problem-solving. Each session features collaborative, project-based learning that encourages creativity and collaboration. We utilize real-world materials and age-appropriate tools to bring math and science to life. Parents and children gain the confidence and curiosity they need to thrive in their educational journey!
